Charity poker runs are illegal?

Wow. American Statesman article says our Attorney General says so.

Does this make me an accomplice since I blogged about and linked to a charity poker run some time ago? In fact (and I might get in trouble for this I guess) it looks like they’re having a poker run tomorrow (Saturday, Dec 31st, 2005) for Ashleigh Hall.
