I just beat Guitar Hero II on the ‘hard’ level. As a reward, I got the following letter:

By the way, my score on Freebird (the last song of the set, an encore actually) was 4 out of 5 stars and a score of 242946. But I bet I can beat it since it was my first time playing it on hard. And a 208 note streak!
Jaden and I just finished the game on Easy. So we just got this letter, again on the same letterhead.
Another thing we noticed in the store is that things open up for getting all 5 stars on the level, and getting 100% on a level.
Oh, and it opened up “The Fish” guitar. An ugly, green monster-looking fish as the body of the guitar. Ewwww.
Oh, and finishing all the songs on Expert got us the “Snaketapus” guitar, a spidery-looking guitar. Double ewwww.
Man, can I have your autograph? Then when you become famous, I can say I knew you. Congrats on your score – that’s so amazing!
Oh, and finishing all the songs on Medium gives you this letter:
And then it opened up a new guitar called “The Coffin”.
oooh! I also just finished all the medium songs with 5 stars, so it opened up “The Viking” guitar. Now that’s cool guitar!
