I’m going to upgrade from 2.0.4 to 2.1.1 of WordPress, the blogging software I use to run this site. It should be mostly easy, and hopefully all you folks who watch my blog every single hour just to watch for updates won’t be disappointed
EDIT:
Oh great, now 2.1.1 has been declared dangerous.
Long story short: If you downloaded WordPress 2.1.1 within the past 3-4 days, your files may include a security exploit that was added by a cracker, and you should upgrade all of your files to 2.1.2 immediately.

I’m done. That was super cool, quick and easy. I was impressed.
also upgraded akisment from 1.7 or 1.1.7 or whatever, to 2.0.
Also upgraded Get Recent Comment plugin from 1.3 to 1.5.4.
Gravatars plugin doesn’t seem to have a newer version than 2.6.
SpotMilk admin theme has been upgraded, I was at 1.7.1 and they have a 2.0.2 specifically for wordpress 2.1, so I’m glad I checked.
The WordPress Database Backup plugin I use has moved to someone else and it’s 2.1-aware. The plugin’s been moved to here. I’m now running on 2.0.1 just fine.
