We even did a service at a friend's house so we could pool together all our dogs (four in total at that time) and we were all happy. I'll agree with the lateness of email reply, but since my wife is the same way with her business, I guess I have a soft spot in my heart for people who care less about technology than most everyone else. I found using the traditional method of calling her was the best way to get ahold of her. I'll assume that your choice to use her a second time was a good sign for the first appointment. If you have alternatives that you can recommend, that'd be a good thing to post as well. P –

She does not respond to e-mails, so you'll wait weeks to get your dog groomed. The 2nd time she groomed my dog, we noticed after she left that she had a cut on her stomach from grooming. I e-mailed her, was going to give her a 3rd chance at grooming, thinking maybe my dog moved while she was cutting, so maybe it wasn't Ann's fault, but to this day, almost a year later, she's never bothered to reply.
