Of course... they would also know who was speeding and who was parked on the side of the road... what exit you got on at, where you got off... and probably the type of soda you were drinking at the time which is why you'll get a littering citation in the mail for a can found on the side of the road. Besides the fact that it is WAY to Orswellian for me, what is the justification? Is OshKosh, population 829, now on Al Quaeda's hit list? I would have a huge issue with that type of survey... especially since anyday it can become non-optional... just like jury duty.
