The games are NOT the same. The Wii starts out much easier and the graphics (as expected) are not as good. But ultimately, I prefer the "feel" of the Wii guitar better, and it trumps everything else. If I ever go insane and decide to throw my life away on a GH addiction (the crack of video gaming), I'll be buying the Wii version.
