Poppy, I foresee this being a series. I keep writing down my “where is this?” and “why is this that way?” items. And I use memopad inside of outlook

Jen, Thank goodness RAM is so cheap nowadays!

Abs, I too had major issues with the ribbon, but I’ve recently discovered that the mouse scroller scrolls through the ribbon. THAT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE! I still want more keyboard shortcuts though.

I HATE the new ribbons in the office suite. I miss the fact that everything was on the toolbars before, and could be found with ease. Now I have to add them to that top thingy (like strikethrough) cuz I can’t find where to add them to the ribbon. And I shouldn’t have to be adding them anyway!
