5-4 just proves that eigth-graders have a better command of the english language than half of those ivy leaguers we place on the bench because they are supposed to be so smart.

my first tooth netted me a dollar. and that was 40yrs ago.

Most controversial Supreme Court decisions seem to have those 5-4 votes. Of course, while I agree mostly with this decision (even as someone who doesn't own a gun), I have to admit it's a bit broad. For gun owners, it's a coup. For criminals, it may introduce some new defense for them if they decide to take it to court. Either way, in protecting your property, it's who shoots first that will get the stereo and TV. Surprised there's no WALL-E (or WHALL-E) mention.
