It's quite fun to do to co-workers when they walk away and forget to lock their computer. I frequently accidentally hit shit+backspace, which on Ubuntu Linux logs me out. You're right! I just tried the CTRL + ALT + left arrow thing and it tilted my screen view the same way! CTRL + ALT + right arrow makes it sideways the opposite direction, and CTRL + ALT + down arrow makes it upside down. Weird!!!! It can't be just a Vista thing; I have Windows XP...
