She took the pan out and it was all deformed and melty. My brother screamed "Haven't you ever heard of plastic explosives?!" and she threw everything out the back door and ran from the 'explosion'. Years later her daughter went hiking with my sister, my older brother and me. We told her shoe snakes hide in the rocks and steal your shoes. She delivered a report in school about it (2nd grade?).
