Yep....we do $5 for every "A," $3.50" for every "B" and nothing for a "C." "D" is - $3.50 and an "F" is -$7. But they never feel the "bite" because they all make A's and B's. I agree with Avitable... that is a pretty cool incentive. And she not only gets what she is after, she earns it. Then everyone else benefits.
